Since it’s inception, Downtown Cape Girardeau has celebrated this much needed holiday shopping event with joy. The whole idea is to support our local merchants the day after Black Friday. Of course, we suggest shopping local all the live-long year, but Small Business Saturday sets aside a special day to shop locally with extra holiday cheer and intention.
