Fuel is clean, bright and fun!
Fuel is encouraging patrons to upload their travel pictures for display on the cafe's big monitor screen and their social pages.

Promoting travel and adventure, Fuel is encouraging patrons to upload their travel pictures for display on the cafe's big monitor screen and their social pages.  They want to make a deep and lasting relationship with their customers and their active lifestyles.  Active lifestyles create healthy lives. They even had Park Service posters prominently displayed in the restroom, and if you have visited one of the featured locations, they invite you to sign them—kinda like pins on a map. This creates a fun atmosphere designed to entice people to visit.

You can tell Alayna and Serenity have hospitality in their hearts.

With her extensive background in hospitality, Manager Alayna Abel conducts comprehensive interviews using the same criteria she employed in her earlier jobs to select employees with a focus on individuals with mild disabilities or individuals with lack work experience; she is all about the train up to success. Her goal is to serve fresh healthier dishes and teach skills to her employees that can be applied in other jobs. It's a tasty and refreshing concept, and honestly, had I not been informed of this mission, I would have been none the wiser, as the food and service were exceptional.  This added a positive element and created a pleasant atmosphere.

The menu offers several coffee options, affectionately referred to as "Basic Fuel." Serenity says her favorite thing to make for customers are the breakfast paninies.
